Smart Finance APP News, Mingtai Aluminium (601677.SH) announced that the company has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Guangzhou Penghui Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Penghui Energy"). The two parties have decided to establish a multi-level, all-around strategic partnership in the research and development of new batteries such as solid-state batteries and sodium-ion batteries, product supply, technology development, and capacity layout, as well as to cooperate in aluminum recycling business, leveraging their respective business functions and material collection capabilities to promote the recycling and application of recycled aluminum alloys in the field of new energy batteries.
