According to a notice released today by the joint investigation team of Yuyao City, in response to the hygiene and safety issues in the cafeteria of Yaobei Experimental School reported online on May 23rd, Yuyao City promptly organized a joint investigation team involving discipline inspection, education, market supervision, public security, and health departments to conduct an investigation. The investigation found that the school's implementation of food safety management system was inadequate, and it had direct responsibility for food hygiene and safety management. The Market Supervision Bureau of Yuyao City has initiated an investigation against the school, ordering the school to immediately improve its campus food safety supervision mechanism.
