The Tourism Economics company affiliated with the British Oxford Economics Institute recently released data showing that due to factors such as the US government's implementation of "equivalent tariffs," the number of international inbound tourists to the United States in 2025 will decrease by 8.7%, with a larger decline in the number of international tourists from Canada, Mexico, and Western European countries. The Tourism Economics company predicts that by 2025, the number of tourists from Canada arriving in the United States will decrease by 20.2%, tourists from Mexico will decrease by 7.6%, and tourists from Western European countries will decrease by 5.8%. As a result, international tourists will spend $8.5 billion less in the United States this year compared to last year, a decrease of 4.7%.
