The opening ceremony of the International Agriculture Exhibition in Cote d'Ivoire features China as the guest country showcasing advanced agricultural machinery technology.

The 7th International Agriculture and Animal Resources Exhibition of Cote d'Ivoire opened at the Abidjan International Convention Center on the 23rd. As the guest country of this agricultural exhibition, China set up a red-themed Chinese pavilion in the center of the exhibition hall to showcase advanced agricultural technologies and machinery such as the blueprint for smart agriculture, rubber processing plant sand table, and professional agricultural machinery to visitors. The International Agriculture and Animal Resources Exhibition is jointly organized by four government departments including the Ministry of Agriculture of Cote d'Ivoire and is held every two years, making it one of the largest agricultural professional exhibitions in sub-Saharan Africa. The theme of this year's exhibition is "Building a food processing system aimed at achieving food sovereignty in Africa," with a duration of ten days and attracting nearly a thousand companies from around the world to participate.
