Shenghe Resources announced in an investor relations activity record table that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shengguang Rare Earth, plans to sign an "Implementation Agreement" with Peak Company to acquire all of Peak Company's outstanding common stock. This is to further strengthen the company's resource base, optimize its global business layout, and accelerate the development of the Ngualla rare earth mine project. The company's utilization rate of rare earth smelting and separation, as well as metal processing capacity, remains at a high level.
