Qichacha APP shows that WuXi AppTec Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Wan Hongping as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million yuan. Its business scope includes research and development of biochemical product technologies; health consulting services; pharmaceutical wholesale; real estate development and operation, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by WuXi AppTec.
