Zhitong Finance APP News, UBTECH (09880) announced that on November 2, 2026, 59,700 new H shares were allotted and issued to the trustee to satisfy a total of 59,700 incentives granted on September 14, 2026 to three directors of the Company under the H-share incentive plan of Shenzhen UBTECH Technology Co., Ltd. (the H-share Incentive Plan) approved by shareholders on August 26, 2026; and 1,899,000 new H shares were allotted and issued to the trustee to satisfy a total of 1,899,000 incentives granted on September 14, 2026 to 360 employees of the Company under the H-share Incentive Plan.
