CRRC (01766.HK) plans to inject RMB 700 million in capital into CRRC Engineering Technology Company

Zhitong Finance APP News, CRRC (01766.HK) announced that on October 30, 2026, the Company, CRRC Xintou Company and CRRC Engineering Technology Company entered into a capital increase agreement. Pursuant to which, the Company agreed to increase the capital of CRRC Engineering Technology Company by RMB 700 million, and CRRC Xintou Company will not participate in this capital increase. Upon completion of this capital increase, the Company and CRRC Xintou Company will hold 61.3901% and 38.6099% equity interests in CRRC Engineering Technology Company respectively, and CRRC Engineering Technology Company will remain a subsidiary of the Company.
