Daren International (01957) acquires 20,027,200 shares of Huaxing Holdings (08237)

Zhitong Finance APP News, Da Ren International (01957) announced that on October 30, 2026, MBV (HK) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (as purchaser), entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Ace Kingdom Enterprises Corporation (as vendor), pursuant to which the purchaser has agreed to acquire, and the vendor has agreed to sell, 20,027,200 target shares (representing approximately 9.96% of the total issued share capital of Huaxing Holdings Limited (08237) as at the date of this announcement), for a total consideration of HK$20,027,200.
