Energy Administration to Introduce Policies to Regulate the Power Market

At the quarterly routine press conference held by the National Energy Administration on October 30, Wang Yunbo, deputy director of the Market Regulation Department of the National Energy Administration, told reporters that China will soon issue policy documents such as the "Measures for the Administration of Electricity Sales Companies," the "Basic Rules for the Electricity Retail Market," and the "Measures for the Administration of Risk Prevention and Control in the Electricity Market" to further standardize the electricity retail market.
