World Digital Economy Industry (03708.HK) completes issuance of a total of 78.25 million subscription shares, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$14.232 million

Zhito Finance APP News, World Digital Economy Industry (03708.HK) announced that all conditions precedent set out in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and completion took place on October 30, 2026. A total of 78.25 million subscription shares, representing (i) approximately 10.76% of the existing issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement; and (ii) approximately 9.72% of the issued share capital of the Company as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the subscription shares, have been successfully issued to the subscribers at the subscription price of HK$0.182 per share. The net proceeds from the subscription amounted to approximately HK$14.232 million. The Company intends to use the proceeds from the subscription as general working capital of the Group.
