BCEG Environmental Remediation Wins EPC Contract for the Risk Mitigation and Ecological Restoration Project of an Orphan Phosphogypsum Stack in Dongpo District, Meishan City

Recently, Beijing Construction Engineering Remediation Co. won the EPC bid for the risk mitigation and ecological restoration project of an ownerless phosphogypsum stockpile in Dongpo District, Meishan City, with a bid amount of 110 million yuan. The project is located in the middle reaches of the Minjiang River basin, within the core area of the ecological barrier of the upper Yangtze River. It is a key undertaking in ecological and environmental protection of the upper Yangtze River and in addressing historical problems left over from the phosphorus chemical industry, and holds demonstrative significance for tackling such historical issues.
