National Bureau of Statistics: Prices of 22 products rose in mid-October, with live hog prices down 4.9% month-on-month.

The National Bureau of Statistics reported that according to its monitoring of market prices for 50 key means of production across nine major categories in the national circulation sector, compared with late September 2026, the price of 22 products rose, 25 declined, and 3 remained flat in mid-October 2026. Among them, the price of liquefied natural gas was 6,749.4 yuan/ton, up 9.1% month-on-month; the price of live pigs was 9.8 yuan/kg, down 4.9% month-on-month.
