WWTT Intelligent Technology (00209.HK) completes placement of 29.71 million shares, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$10.35 million

Zhitong Finance APP News, Wanwei Intelligent Technology (00209.HK) announced that all conditions precedent set out in the placing agreement have been fulfilled, and the placing has been completed on October 23, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placing agreement (as amended and supplemented by the supplemental agreement). A total of 29.71 million placing shares have been successfully placed to not fewer than six placees, representing approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital immediately after completion as at the date of this announcement, at an adjusted placing price of HK$0.360 per placing share. The gross proceeds from the placing amounted to approximately HK$10.7 million, and the net proceeds from the placing amounted to approximately HK$10.35 million.
