Ningke Biology announced that certain directors and senior management of the company had previously planned to increase their holdings of the company's shares within 6 months, with a total increase amount of no less than RMB 3.7 million and no more than RMB 6 million. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, more than half of the planned implementation period had elapsed. During the period from July 28, 2026 to October 23, 2026, Fu Jie, Feng Zhansheng, Wang Wei, Li Zhongfu, Qu Xiaochun, and Jin Xiangyu increased their holdings by 150,000 shares, 114,900 shares, 148,000 shares, 10,000 shares, 96,000 shares, and 50,000 shares, respectively; the increase plan has not yet been fully implemented, and the relevant personnel will continue to fulfill the plan subsequently.
