Xinlian Electronics announced that the ownership transfer registration procedures for multiple idle properties transferred by the company to Nanjing Xinlian Entrepreneurship Park Management Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries have been completed, and all property payments have been received, marking the full completion of the aforementioned transactions. The properties transferred in this transaction include: Rooms 1501-1508 on the 15th floor of Chengxian Building, No. 50 Chengxian Street, Xuanwu District, Nanjing, with a transaction amount of 9.8658 million yuan; 35 properties in Building 01 of Crystal Blue Bay, No. 1568 Shuanglong Avenue, Moling Subdistrict, Jiangning District, Nanjing, with a transaction amount of 39.3345 million yuan; industrial real estate at No. 39 Siemens Road, Moling Subdistrict, Jiangning District, Nanjing, with a transaction amount of 81.0402 million yuan; and the factory building at No. 66 Liyuan North Road, Jiangning District, Nanjing, with a transaction amount of 8.7776 million yuan.
