The National Financial Regulatory Administration has approved Ms. Pan's qualification to serve as an independent non-executive director of the bank, and Ms. Pan has officially assumed the position of independent non-executive director of the bank. Upon approval of her director qualification, Ms. Pan also serves as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and a member of the Personnel and Remuneration Committee.
