Zhitong Finance APP news, Hope Education International Holdings (01765) announced that Nanchong Xinqi (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) successfully won the land use right of the plot transferred by the bureau through public auction, with a consideration of approximately RMB 115.4 million. On October 21, 2026, Nanchong Xinqi (as the transferee) and the bureau (as the transferor) entered into a land transfer contract in respect of the land acquisition matter.
