RAFFLESINTERIOR (01376.HK) has been granted an unsecured revolving loan facility with a maximum principal amount of HK$20 million.

Zhitong Finance APP News, RAFFLESINTERIOR (01376.HK) announced that on October 20, 2026, the Company entered into a financial assistance agreement with Hanchen Holdings Limited (Hanchen), the controlling shareholder of the Company, pursuant to which Hanchen agreed to provide the Company with an unsecured revolving loan facility (the Financial Assistance) with a maximum principal amount of up to HK$20 million. Each drawdown will bear interest at an annual rate of not less than 4% and not more than 6%, with the actual rate to be determined at the time of drawdown. Interest will be calculated and settled on a monthly basis. The term of the financial assistance agreement is one year from October 20, 2026 to October 19, 2027.
