Mercedes launches high-performance electric SUV

Mercedes-Benz Group unveils its first electric SUV fully developed in-house by the AMG brand, with the entry-level AMG GT SUV starting at EUR 113,050. Pre-sales begin on Tuesday, and two higher-spec versions will roll out successively next spring. The vehicle is equipped with three axial-flux motors and an 800-volt battery, delivering a maximum output of 1,169 horsepower. The base version offers a range of up to 668 kilometers, while the top-trim model can travel up to 700 kilometers on a single charge. The most powerful version accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds.
