*ST Guangtang announced that the company and the relevant parties received the Administrative Penalty Decision from the Guangxi Securities Regulatory Bureau. An investigation found that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Yun'ou Logistics recognized revenue across periods, recognized revenue without actual delivery of goods, and failed to make retrospective adjustments after the business was terminated, causing the company to overstate operating revenue by 23.5516 million yuan and overstate total profit by 20.1954 million yuan in 2023, accounting for 0.70% and 119.20% of the amounts disclosed for the period, respectively; and to understate operating revenue by 24.0795 million yuan and overstate total profit by 18.6933 million yuan in 2024, accounting for 0.74% and 72.50% of the amounts disclosed for the period, respectively. The Guangxi Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to order the company to make corrections, issue a warning, and impose a fine of 4 million yuan, and to issue warnings to five responsible persons including Luo Yingping and Liu Ning and impose fines ranging from 700,000 yuan to 2 million yuan respectively. The company does not trigger the circumstances for compulsory delisting due to major violations, and its production and operations are currently normal.
