Zhito Finance APP News, Lifestyle Concepts (08056.HK) announced that with effect from October 16, 2026, Mr. Chen Wenrui has resigned as an independent non-executive director and a member of each of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee; Mr. Yang Qingyang has been appointed as an executive director, the chairman, a member of the remuneration committee and the chairman of the nomination committee; Mr. Zhai Binbin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the audit committee, a member of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee; Mr. Xu Qiang has resigned as the chairman, a member of the remuneration committee and the chairman of the nomination committee, and remains as an executive director and the chief executive officer; Ms. Wu Liyu has resigned as a member of the nomination committee; Mr. Hui Hongqun has resigned as a member of the remuneration committee; and Mr. Bian Hongjiang has resigned as a member of the nomination committee.
