China International Holdings (08118.HK): Huang Aizhong Retires as Executive Director

Zhito Finance APP News: Zhongzi International Holdings (08118.HK) announced that resolutions 2, 5, and 6, concerning the re-election of Mr. Huang Aizhong as an executive director and the re-election of Mr. Lang Jilu and Mr. Zheng Heming as independent non-executive directors, were not passed as ordinary resolutions at the annual general meeting. Accordingly, with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting, Mr. Huang retired as an executive director, and Mr. Lang and Mr. Zheng retired as independent non-executive directors.
