Tianhai Defense announced that the Jiujiang Smart Ship and Port Navigation Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), in which the company participated as an investor, has completed its industrial and commercial registration procedures, obtained its business license, and completed filing with the Asset Management Association of China, obtaining a private investment fund filing certificate. The fund has a capital contribution of RMB 100 million, with a establishment date of August 13, 2026, and a filing date of October 12, 2026. Its manager is Yuemintou Private Fund Management Co., Ltd., and its custodian is Agricultural Bank of China Limited.
