(referred to as "Jing-Jin-Ji Runze" or the "increasing party"), plans to increase its holdings of the company's shares within 6 months from the date of disclosure of this announcement (i.e., from October 13, 2026 to April 12, 2027) through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system by way of centralized bidding transactions and block trades, with the increase amount not less than RMB 500 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 1 billion (inclusive).
