Zhitong Finance APP News, Guoen Technology (02768.HK) announced that on October 11, 2026, the company (as buyer) entered into an equity acquisition agreement with seller Lai Minggui and the target company Sichuan Zhongfuneng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. The buyer intends to acquire 80% equity of the target company from the seller at a transaction consideration of RMB 1.504 billion.
