Sichuan Province's "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" Board Enterprise Empowerment Voucher Officially Launched: Newly Listed Enterprises Can Apply for an Annual Allowance of 80,000 Yuan

On October 10, a reporter learned from the Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology that the Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology and the Provincial Department of Finance recently jointly issued the "Implementation Plan for Empowerment Vouchers for Enterprises on the 'Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative' Special Board in Sichuan Province," officially launching empowerment vouchers for enterprises on Sichuan Province's "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" Special Board. These empowerment vouchers are an inclusive policy tool to support enterprises in purchasing services during standardized cultivation on the "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" Special Board of Sichuan Province's regional equity market. Simply put, they are electronic "vouchers" that can offset service fees for enterprises on the Special Board. They are issued directly to Special Board enterprises in electronic form, are universally applicable and redeemable throughout the province, and are subject to an annual total amount control, available on a first-come, first-served basis until fully issued. After enterprises receive services within the prescribed scope provided by institutions included in the service institution database for Sichuan Province's "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" Special Board, they may use the empowerment vouchers as agreed to offset service fees, and the service institutions may then apply for fund reimbursement according to procedures. The Plan specifies that each enterprise may apply for an empowerment voucher once per year. Among them, enterprises newly listed on the Special Board in the current year have an annual application quota of 80,000 yuan, while enterprises already listed on the Special Board in previous years have an annual application quota of 50,000 yuan. Empowerment vouchers are valid in the year they are issued and are uniformly redeemed each year; they may only be applied for and used by Special Board enterprises and may not be transferred, gifted, bought or sold, pledged, or lent.
