Shenzhen provident fund plans to add "housing renovation withdrawal"

According to the Shenzhen Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau, in order to continuously increase support for housing consumption by employees who contribute to the housing provident fund, the Shenzhen Housing Provident Fund Center has drafted the "Notice on Supporting the Withdrawal of Housing Provident Fund for Home Renovation and Other Related Matters" and is publicly soliciting opinions from all sectors of society. It is worth noting that the "Notice" specifies that employee families may apply to withdraw provident fund for renovation of one home they own in the city, with a withdrawal amount not exceeding 250,000 yuan. They may also apply to withdraw provident fund to pay property management fees for one home they own in the city, with a maximum monthly withdrawal amount of 550 yuan.
