APOLLO(00860.HK) proposes to place up to 204 million shares, raising approximately HK$116.8 million net.

Zhito Finance APP News, APOLLO (00860.HK) announced that on October 8, 2026, the company proposed to place a maximum of 204 million placing shares, representing 20.00% of the company's entire issued share capital as at the date of this announcement; and approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital as enlarged by the full allotment and issue of the placing shares. The placing price is HK$0.59 per placing share. Assuming all placing shares are fully placed, the gross proceeds from the placing will be approximately HK$120.6 million. The net proceeds from the placing of approximately HK$116.8 million are intended to be used as: (i) approximately 90% for repayment of the group's debts; and (ii) approximately 10% for general working capital purposes.
