Realord Group Holdings Limited (01196.HK) subsidiary enters into a memorandum of understanding in respect of a possible artificial intelligence data center development project in Malaysia

Zhitong Finance APP news, Realord Technology Holdings (01196.HK) announced that on October 8, 2026, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Realord Smart Computing Technology Group Limited (Realord Smart Computing) entered into a memorandum of understanding with Longma Smart Computing Investment Limited (the project promoter) in respect of a possible project in Johor, Malaysia involving the design, construction, ownership and operation of the group's artificial intelligence data center.
