The U.S. Department of Commerce and the South Korean government announced a strategic investment in "Project Star." The project is located in Encinal, Texas, and is jointly developed by Related Companies and NextEra Energy, with a total investment scale of US$22.3 billion, and will build an energy infrastructure park.
