Short-term volatility does not change medium- to long-term logic; nearly 60% of private equity firms "hold shares through the holiday."
As the National Day holiday approaches, do flexible-position private funds tend to "hold cash for the holiday" or "hold stocks for the holiday"? The latest survey results from Simuwang show that nearly 60% of the private funds participating in the survey tend to maintain heavy or full positions before the holiday, while the proportion of private funds inclined to hold light or empty positions and stay in cash for the holiday is less than 8%. From the perspective of portfolio structure, balanced allocation has become a consensus choice for many private funds. In their view, although market volatility has intensified recently, pessimistic expectations have basically been released, and against the backdrop of continued recovery in corporate fundamentals, structural opportunities after the holiday are expected to further unfold.
