South Korean President Lee Jae-myung will chair a meeting on Tuesday to review major projects.

The South Korean presidential office said in a statement that South Korean President Lee Jae-myung will chair a joint government-business meeting at 3 p.m. local time on Tuesday to review the progress of major projects such as semiconductors, AI data centers, and physical AI. The meeting will discuss measures to improve the living conditions of residents in areas where the government's major projects are located, and will also review steps to expand the application of physical AI and AI robots, as well as the progress and future plans of AI data centers, to support local economic growth. Ministers will report on the progress and plans of the southern semiconductor industrial belt. Senior presidential office officials and ministers will attend the meeting, along with executives from Samsung Electronics and SK Group.
