The date range for booking train tickets through the pilot reservation service has been adjusted.

Starting from September 26, the railway authorities will gradually adjust the bookable date range for the pilot train ticket reservation service on the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway and the Beijing-Shanghai Railway from 60 to 17 days before departure to 30 to 17 days before departure. Passengers can submit reservation requests through the "Reservation Ticketing" section of the Railway 12306 mobile app. On September 26, tickets for travel before November 24 can be reserved; from September 27 to October 26, during the adjustment transition period, tickets for travel up to November 24 can be reserved; starting from October 27, tickets can be reserved on a regular basis for travel 30 to 17 days before departure.
