CDB Leasing (01606.HK) plans to procure IT computer equipment for RMB 6.484 billion

Zhitong Finance APP News, China Development Bank Financial Leasing (01606.HK) announced that the Company, as purchaser, and the seller Guangdong Shuhuan Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. entered into a product procurement agreement on September 23, 2026 (after trading hours), pursuant to which the seller agreed to sell and the purchaser agreed to purchase the procurement subject matter, with a total consideration of approximately RMB 6.484 billion.
