Zhitong Finance APP News, ST Zhonglu (600818.SH) announced that on September 23, 2026, the company received a "Civil Ruling" issued by the Shanghai Pudong New Area People's Court (Case No.: (2026) Hu 0115 Bankruptcy 205) forwarded by its controlling shareholder Shanghai Zhonglu (Group) Co., Ltd. The Shanghai Pudong New Area People's Court ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation application filed by Shanghai Hedi Investment Center (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Shanghai Hedi") against Zhonglu Group.
