Zhito Finance APP News: China Huirong (01290.HK) announced that on September 24, 2026, two of the Company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiaries, Huifang Investment and Huifang Technology, entered into a joint venture agreement with Guochuang Technology to establish a Hong Kong joint venture company, held as to 49% and 51% equity interests by Huifang Investment and Guochuang Technology respectively; and to establish a PRC joint venture company, held as to 49% and 51% equity interests by Huifang Technology and Guochuang Technology respectively, for the purpose of acquiring and leasing aircraft.
