New City (300778.SZ) subsidiary plans to acquire 100% equity of Jiangmen Honglun

Zhito Finance APP News: Xinchengshi (300778.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Fangyao Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("Fangyao Energy") plans to use raised funds to acquire 100% equity of Jiangmen Honglun New Energy Co., Ltd. ("Jiangmen Honglun"). After negotiation between both parties, the price for Fangyao Energy to acquire 100% equity of Jiangmen Honglun is determined at RMB 5.347 million, and the amount of debt assumed for the target company is RMB 6.1409 million. After the transaction is completed, Jiangmen Honglun will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
