Windey Energy (300772.SZ) plans to transfer 100% equity of Jize County Hongze Wind Power Generation Company.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Windey Energy (300772.SZ) announced that the company intends to transfer, through a property rights trading institution, 100% equity of Jize County Hongze Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary held by its controlling subsidiary Handan Windey New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (in which the company holds a 99.75% stake). If the equity transfer is successfully completed, the company will no longer hold any equity in Jize County Hongze Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. and will no longer include it in the scope of consolidated financial statements.
