In order to better seize the market opportunities of new business formats brought by the ice and snow industry and achieve the company's long-term sustainable development, the company plans to invest in and construct the "Shanghai Songjiang Ice and Snow Sports Complex Project" through its subsidiary Shanghai Dongnan Haoxue Culture and Sports Development Co., Ltd. as the main entity. The total investment in the project is expected to be approximately 3 billion yuan.
