Jianqiao Education (01525.HK): Shi Jianxiang appointed as independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance APP News, Jianqiao Education (01525.HK) announced that with effect from September 23, 2026: (i) Mr. Shi Jianxiang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of each of the audit committee and the nomination committee of the board of directors; (ii) Mr. Zhang Aimin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the audit committee, and a member of each of the nomination committee and the remuneration committee of the board of directors; (iii) Ms. Zhao Jiaqiao (a non-executive director) has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee; (iv) Mr. Chen Baizhu has resigned as an independent non-executive director and a member of each of the audit committee and the nomination committee; and (v) Ms. Liu Tao has resigned as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the audit committee, and a member of each of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee.
