Zhito Finance APP News: Xingyun Technology (300209.SZ) announced that on July 20, 2026, the company signed a "Computing Power Service Contract" and a "Computing Power Service Framework Cooperation Agreement" with a certain state-owned supplier (referred to as "SA Supplier"), under which the two parties reached an overall framework procurement agreement for a total of 128 units (with the first batch of 32 units already procured) of high-end computing power servers and supporting computing power services. Recently, the company signed three "Computing Power Service Contracts" with SA Supplier to purchase GPU computing power services, totaling 43 units, with a service term of 5 years for each, and the total tax-inclusive amount of the three contracts is approximately RMB 453 million.
