Zhito Finance APP News, World Grand Holdings (08003.HK) announced that on September 22, 2026 (after trading hours), the Company entered into a second supplemental agreement (the Second Supplemental Agreement) with the subscriber to amend the subscription price applicable to the second tranche of the subscription. The subscription price for the second tranche of 16 million subscription shares will be changed from HK$0.075 per subscription share to HK$0.078 per subscription share (the Revised Subscription Price).
