For the single month of August 2026, the total contracted sales amount of the Group together with its joint ventures and associates was approximately RMB 719 million, of which property contracted sales were approximately RMB 648 million; and decoration contracted sales were approximately RMB 71 million. For the eight months ended August 31, 2026, the property contracted sales area of the Group together with its joint ventures and associates was approximately 224,574 square meters, and the average selling price of property contracted sales was approximately RMB 17,400 per square meter.
