(referred to as "Xixi Investment") plans to contribute RMB 100 million from its own funds to subscribe for a share in Hangzhou Junlian Jiatu Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Hangzhou Junlian"), initiated and established by Beijing Junqi Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., and serve as a limited partner.
