Several Nvidia (NVDA.O) executives disclosed their stock transactions to the U.S. SEC, with five executives, including CEO Jensen Huang, collectively selling nearly 150,000 shares of the company's stock. Among them, Huang sold approximately 46,000 shares at a transaction price of about $212 per share. Company filings show that most of the transactions were related to tax handling following the vesting of restricted stock units, meaning the company withheld a portion of the shares on behalf of the executives to pay taxes, rather than being voluntary sales. Nvidia operations executive Debora Shoquist, General Counsel Timothy Teter, and Chief Accounting Officer Scott Gawel also carried out similar transactions. In addition to selling shares for tax purposes, CFO Colette Kress also sold approximately 35,000 shares through a previously established trading plan.
