Film and TV Tim recently released a review video of Apple's first foldable phone, the iPhone Duo. Tim said that during everyday use, the Duo's body temperature remains manageable, but during video recording and high-load operation, the area below the camera heats up noticeably, and he called it "one of the hottest phones" he has ever reviewed. In addition, Tim said that while testing on the day of Apple's launch event, he had bent the unfolded body backward, and no abnormality was found on site. Looking back at the video, he found that the phone's outer screen had already shown flickering at the time. In response to the above, Apple customer service said that the iPhone Duo has not yet started pre-sales in mainland China, that a single-device test by an online blogger is relatively one-sided, and advised consumers to visit offline stores to try the product after its official release. Regarding the device heating issue, customer service said that after receiving a new device, it may need a 3-to-5-day adaptation period; if there is a heating problem caused by hardware, it can be inspected and handled through the technical team and offline stores.
