Titan Wind Energy announced that in the first half of 2026, it achieved operating revenue of 2.020 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 7.76%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 116 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 115.57%; net loss after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 28.6546 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 155.28%. During the reporting period, no cash dividends will be distributed, no bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be converted into share capital. Six wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company have ceased production and business activities since January 2026, and the matter of issuing shares to specific targets is currently in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange review stage.
