Chifeng Gold: Change of Project Supervision Personnel for Zijin Mining's Acquisition of Company Control

Chifeng Gold announced that CITIC Securities, the independent financial advisor for the Zijin Mining project to acquire control of the company, has, due to work adjustments, replaced its originally designated continuing supervision independent financial advisor sponsors Wang Xiaowen and Jin Hao, who will no longer hold the relevant positions. Lan Zijun and Xu Wenlu have now been designated as sponsors, while Gong Yuanxiao will continue to serve as co-sponsor. The relevant business has been fully handed over. This change will not affect the normal conduct of the continuing supervision work.
