Junzheng Group announced that on September 11, 2026, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Junzheng Chemical signed a partnership agreement with general partner Tibet Rongzhan Investment Center and 12 other limited partners to jointly invest in Tianjin Gaorong Changying Equity Investment Fund Partnership. The fund's target total subscribed capital contribution is RMB 3.261 billion, with the company and Junzheng Chemical each subscribing RMB 500 million, totaling RMB 1 billion, accounting for 30.6654%; the fund has not yet completed filing and has not yet commenced project investment.
